Thanks to Chris Nicholes for the picture and information: PGH sawmill Gilmore approx. 1966. Construction of timber waste incinerator. Worked on bullding this for a couple of weeks, thousands of nuts and bolts held it together. Incinerators not needed any more as all waste can be put to good use. Good scaffold?
